Cancellations must give at least 24 hours notice in order to give us time to fill your appointment. Any cancellation made without adequate notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment. Recurring cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of your scheduled appointment.

Your cat's comfort and safety is our biggest concern. We ask 2-3 hours for a typical full groom appointment. Variables such as coat condition, and handling and temperament can affect the length of the appointment.

Nail trims every 8-12 weeks.

Bath and brush on long hair cats 8-16 weeks

Lion cuts 12-16 weeks

Bath and brush on short hair cats 12-16 weeks

Most cats will find ideal coat condition somewhere between 2-4 months
